FomBrowser
Module Purpose FomBrowser runs on a customer's PC and helps them find multi-player games they might want to join in on. The idea is that rather than walking around a cybercafe to see what other customers are playing, they can pull up FomBrowser and see what's happening; if they just click on a displayed game, their PC will launch that game and automatically connect them to the server they clicked on. FomBrowser can be configured to display games being played within a single cybercafe, or within a group of federated cybercafes. Additional servers can also be added, either by cafe management, or by customers themselves, allowing them to create customized lists.
It's not clear yet if FomBrowser is a web or desktop application. We also need to evaluate whether one of the existing game browsers could be adapted to our purposes.
FomBrowser should also work from customers' homes, allowing them to see who's playing what at their favorite cybercafe (or group of cafes), and join in easily.
